Oh my god the one time I went to that side of the beach I forgot my camera. It's like the best place ever to take pictures of this amazing city. I only get pictures of Chicago in the morning. They never look that good and it's by the highway, so...

hang out there and take a nice walk along olive park (right next door to it) and then walk along the lake front southbound...passing the Buckingham Fountain (beautiful) and up to the museums on "museum campus" great view there
