Thanks! I painted it. Draw the shape you want, then extract colours from the body of the horse to do the shading and colouring. Then draw the tuft of hair at the end like you would do with any other mane or tail. xD

Surprisingly enough, I didn't do anything to his proportions. He is sized and posed exactly how he was in the original stock photo. *shrugs* I guess I picked a big-headed horse to work with. meh. More room for brains I guess? :-p
