I'll update later with the info for each horse, this is mainly just a preview of what's on offer.

How to Bid
1. Accepted HARPG members only.
2. Draw or paint the horse.
3. Upload to dA, remember to fill in the info.
4. Note me with your picture and a link to your stable journal.

Rules and Hints

1. Follow the rules.
2. No tracing, use of linearts, stolen images, photo-manipulations or anything of the like. Your entry will be disqualified.
3. These horses can be any age from 1-5 years old.
4. I reserve the right to deny applications as I see fit.
5. These horses are to be racehorses.
6. Headshots are accepted, but full body will win against headshot. Same for stories, bids without stories will be accepted, but stories will have a considerably greater chance at winning.
7. I will be biased towards stables that already have established racing sections.
8. Effort, effort, effort. The more effort I see in the picture, the better the chance you have of winning.
9. If you draw two pictures for one bid, I'll only count the first picture.
10. No whining.
11. Winners will be determined based on a scaled point system (see below for more detail). If there is a tie, the RNGs will determine the winner. Pinched this one from TJ, lol.

~ Winners will be decided based on a scale that will hopefully make things more objective. Artistic ability is not counted. Bids must pass 15 points or they will not win even if they are the only bid. A maximum of 45 points can be earned. Points are given in many ways, some of which include name cleverness, appearance (as in build, color, etc), your HARPG stable and how many thoroughbred racers you have, effort, and capturing the character of the horse.
