i really like your art style. it is so smooth and bright an particular and i really love the way you drew this. lugia is by far my favourite legendary and watercolour seems to me the perfect media to draw it, since it's with water, and lugia is the water... god... ...
ok, just forget that stupid pun(?), you really did a good job on this, i especially like the partly green-blue background on the top and the bubbles. it gives the picture a sensation of movement, it makes it look alive
