It's finally done! I think Rennei (very left) turned out the best. But I screwed up Taison's hairstyle so now he looks like Hayato. D:Anywho, Rain's manga, Starlight Sword (SJ ver. here ), had its one year anniversary last Saturday, and since I needed an excuse to draw something other than melt*down, I decided to finally draw these lovable characters from that comic. <3

Nice. I was looking over your back a few times while you were making this (from a distance), and I remember really liking how you made Rennei too.
Here are my reservations: I don't like how Serena seems to glow while the others are sort of faded. It emphasizes the awkward composition: how the three of them are off-center and that bit of negative space on Rennei's left. Otherwise, your coloring seems as good as ever.

That aside, WOW. Just wow - this looks absolutely perfect! I love it! The colouring is amazing and smooth and uh, waxy (but that's a good thing) and I think you captured each of the characters really well.
