Hello! They are normal underwear but with a spandex material. So I guess they look like swimwear but they are not

Hmm well it's mostly made of lycra? And it took me forever to do because it was my first cosplay. The boots were by far the hardest part!

I made a lycra balaclava type thing first then attached the front part to it which is made from lycra too. I mostly just tacked everything on and used glue on the patterns. It took lots of experimenting to get this result!
