This was amazing.
It's hilarious, and I love how you added a background (it simply adds to the amazing-ness of the picture. Plus it was needed so he could jump out of the window, but still. XD Amazing picture. Also, in the beginning his face kinda looks...well odd. Up and down. Yeah I think you get my drift. Anyway, good job and I hope you make more stamps cuz this is really really really really really good. Continue the good work person. First of all I must say that this made my day. The expressions are amazing, from the spaces out one at the beginning to the face of utter terror as the spider rests that poor emote's head.
The animation is quite smooth, but I feel that it would be a bit better if the spider came down on it's web more smoothly and if the animation was just a bit slower. There would also be a lot more impact if the arms kind of, "flailed" when it's running around.
Now the pixel art. Two words, it's amazing. But I must say my favorite part of the pixel are is the window and flower box. The wood of the window is pixeled masterly. And the sky and flowers are very entertaining to look out. I one thing that I love about the window is the hook for the blind. It really adds to the window and shows that you put time and effort into the piece.

This is probably the most funniest thing I've seen all day.
The animation runs smoothly, and I love the way you did the window and flowers, and how smooth the clouds are.
However, I think he starts screaming a little to soon.
If I'm right, he starts screaming a split second before the spider lands. Maybe if he looked up before the spider landed, but that's just my opinion.
Overall, this piece is hysterical and and quite pretty too, and this is coming from someone who's not that big of a pixel fan.
The colors and shading on the wall makes this piece kind of pop.(:
