As you fled across the narrow bridge of sand and rock that tied you to your home, your eyes became locked on the cover of the trees up ahead - shelter. Certainly, this must be the best place to settle down and regroup. You are quick to leave the nerve-wracking clearings behind and dart into the woods. You notice a discernible difference - the air is cooler here, and despite the horror you just experienced, birds are singing in the trees. A gentle breeze waves the canopy above your head to and fro and as you slow your pace to take in your surroundings, your nose is bombarded with new scents. Pine, water, the musky smell of predator and prey who have marked nearby… this is more like it.

You set off, not intending to leave the woods behind. This is safe for you; this is home. You decide to find a place to settle and hope that your family or friends may see you soon if you wait long enough. Perhaps you can locate a quick meal on your way to get a drink to help you recover."
