I forgot i finished this, lmao. Well, here is, hopefully the final take for my Musingar standard issue weapon. This is the Perforator, a massive coilgun. Its size is for higher penetration, alongside using accelerated grenade rounds as a way to improve grenade launcher attachments. Only something as massive and strong as a mechanical or superhuman being could wield one of these. With standard rounds that are basically caseless sniper bullets. Because of this, alongside lacking the chemicals for cased rounds, the Musingar main projectiles are easy to produce. The massive size also neccesitated an increasement on the size of the grip and its trigger. As such, even someone enough strong to wield it (as it is a coilgun, firing would be negligible), they would struggle to fire and hold such a weapon.

Lesser coilguns, based on this design, have long replaced the standard firearms of humanity, having been considered likewise cheaper and more effective versions of the ancient gunpowder and firing chemicals of rifles. These ones do have the standard grenade launcher, as the accelerated kind was deemed too heavy for human forces to integrate for their rifles.
