So the recent Season Finale of Steven Universe went with the same trend that was started in 2018 with Avengers infinity war and Smash Ultimate: cram as much as possible into a small time space and expect the audience to be amazed. Which manages to work

The finale did just that, cramming 3 new fusions, a ton of reformed gems and many new redesigns and weaponry into one hour. To some this was an overdose of content for a homeworld arc that was kinda holding back and going fairly slow in pacing.

But yea I swear the crewniverse were playing a lot of smash bros or watching Avengers while making the finale or something, because they crammed in a lot!

So yea Steven, Peridot, Lapis and White Diamond are playing the new smash -well, white is trying to despite being like 70 to 100 feet tall or so- And Lapis kinda figures out that this game is probably the reason so much was thrown into the finale.

But yea, ifya are wondering who each character is playing it'd be: Steven as Peach, Lapis as Greninja, White Diamond was mr game and watch, and Peridot as Captain Falcon.

So yea this was just the joke going on in my head after watching the finale. I liked it a lot, but again all the new stuff in it at once is going to take a long ass time to be able to draw all the jokes i got in mind for this.
