dA doesn't allow me posting my critique with the critique feature so I'm writing it to here. I hope you don't mind 
Good job on Rouge
I really like the outfit you designed on her. Huge wings also give her a mature and attractive look
Now, for a critique, the thing that bothers me the most are her legs. She's looking at her front but they look like she turned to left. Her arms aren't at the same length either. Her left arm's top part is shorter than the down part. The hands also need some work on their tips and nails. Especially the way her right hand looks is weird. The lines are also a little scribbly in some parts.
It's not necessary but shading and lighting would also look very good on the picture.
But it's still a really good drawing. With some simple touches, it'd look even better.

Thanks for the info, I'll have a look and see if I can go over and try and re-draw the parts of the body that are out of proportion/correct orientation, etc.
Re-prortion the arm lengths, bring the thights together a bit more and reposition the feet. (Her left foot on the right of the picture i think needs to be rotated so it points more to the viewer).
