Personality: Rei Hino was a hot blooded, strong-willed, somewhat bossy yet well-meaning girl who wanted to be everything from a globe-trotting business woman to musical idol, as well as have a boyfriend. When Godzilla became the new leader of the GDF Rei/Sailor Mars became the ambassador and sole representative of the planet Mars.

BIO: Many people would think that Rei Hino is a stoic, serene person dedicated to her position as a Shinto priestess in the family shrine in the Hikawa district of the city.
You'd be miles from the truth. Rei is definitely a girl of today: cosmopolitan, assertive, ready to take on the world. Her big dream is to dump this dump, see the world, and become a career woman (and perhaps get married in the process). She has a natural talent for leadership, though it's usually masked somewhat by her loud mouth. She's also ready to plug herself into whatever she happens to be doing. She does, however, have a bit of an ego problem, and she sometimes misses the big picture in her outbursts against Serena or her grandfather. Still, she doesn't deny her heritage or her mystical abilities. The sailor scouts lives would have had a drastic change when they all manage to cross paths with Godzilla III who was chasing after the two monsters Moonlode and Axor. The two monsters manage to nearly put the king of the monsters out of his misery, until the two sailor scouts Sailor Saturn and Sailor Pluto gave up there life force to help Godzilla III and the scouts win the battle. Sadly Saturn and Pluto died for reviving Godzilla III. Time went on when Godzilla became the new leader of the GDF Amy/Sailor Mercury became the ambassador and sole representative of the planet Mercury.

(Clone 1): Dr. Uzuma A scientist in Genetic Cloning heard about the news but wants to control his own Monsters so he decided he was going to steal DNA from Godzilla and his monster Collages so he can clone them. He sends out his Warrior Droids to do the Job. The droids come back with vast amounts of Godzilla DNA with interest, Now Dr. Uzuma with his young apprentice Mandark He began to Clone his own monster army. However there was a catch when the clones hatched they were only 4 to 5 feet but were extremely aggressive its one purpose is to kill the original Godzilla, and in order for them to grow they would have to feed! There were reports of dead cattle, humans, and animals all over. That is until Godzilla himself meet his now 49 meter clone. The Clones relentlessly gave chase to their predecessors; until Godzilla and his allies tricked there clones into thinking they were dead. This gave them the opportunity to think of a plan on how to destroy them. But unknown to everyone the Clones were only prototypes and they were going to die in three days! But that was only the good news the bad news is that before they die were going to reproduce first so that the offspring would finish the job. Godzilla and the others planed on taking Each Clones Orb shaped Egg, BIG MISTAKE! The Clones gave chase after the predecessors with vengeance and to make matters worse a giant Serpent Named Mozudon rises from the sea and tries to eat the Eggs. The dying clones try to fight him off but to little avail Mozudon kills them with his venom spikes and then returns to the sea. However the eggs are still in one piece. In her dying act Clone Sailor Mars pushes her egg toward the Original Sailor Mars wanting her to take care of her young for her.

(Clone 2): After the death of the First clones Goji and the rest of the kaiju take the eggs back to G Force HQ. The Egg had hatched but thanks to Mothra’s Shobijin singing to them they were able to calm them down. Surprisingly the newly hatched kaiju had imprinted on their predecessors. However Thanks to the Stupidity of Megalon and Otto for leaving the cells full of Soma (from Kong’s Garden) and the cases of Professor Utonium’s Chemical X the Clones Devouring the vast amounts of X and Soma which not only gave them new abilities but Also caused them to grow much larger. If things were not bad enough Mozudon reappears and Attacks Tokyo! The Clones Engage the Serpent like Kaiju and successfully kill him. As Time went on Darien, Andrew, Chad, Greg, & Jamie decided to join up in the GDF. The new Sailor Mars would a well known earth defender and thanks to the DNA sample from Chad’s Y chromosomes (of which were introduced to the Clone Sailor Mars’ X chromosomes in her blood stream) she would gain a daughter in the form of neos Rei the young female would also gain a father in the form of the Magnificent Machine Mechagodzilla I along with his own son Cy-Ryu they would all live on New Monster Island for the rest of their days.

NOTE: the New Sailor Mars is one of 3 sailor scouts that is married in the Gojira family

Abilities’/Aspects:
- One of Rei's powers as a miko. She threw an ofuda at the enemy while yelling "Akuryo Taisan." When the ofuda was placed on an opponent it could immobilize them, or as in the R movie, purify them of an evil influence.
- Sailor Mars shot a fireball from her fingertips
- A more powerful version of Fire Soul that was in the shape of a phoenix,
- she shot rings of flame at her enemies
- Sailor Mars fired a flame arrow at her enemies
- Able to do fire readings and had some psychic ability.
-is not nor has never been a Kaiju but the first and second Clones are classified as such.

- Being a Prototype he was only able to breathe radiation-charged fire
- has a one track mind

(Clone 2)
-Has retractable spear like claws from her fingers(Rodan called this phoenix talons)
-Very intelligent
- Can fire a small red beam from the gem on her forehead
-incredible strong able to life 25,000+ tons over her head
-can let loose a powerful heat ray from her mouth.
- can exhale volcanic steam from her mouth up to 50,000 degrees
-has retractable fangs in her mouth and retractable claws on her hands

-Does not reproduce normally will need a human male’s chromosomes (Y) to be introduced to her blood stream to interact with her chromosomes (X)
- can swim through magma
- Omnivorous, but mostly herbivorous
- High healing factor
-can consume fire to make herself stronger
- Despite frail appearance her skin is very durable against conventional weaponry
- If angered or under stress Sailor Mars will grow twice her size and become Ex Sailor Mars
