History: Malmsteen was born on a very appropriate date for her: The 31st of October, which goes well with her being a vampire and her overall theme. When Malmsteen was just a young bat, she lived a very wealthy life, although she had to share much of her wealth with her two spoiled sisters. That’s not to say that she herself wasn’t spoiled, however. She grew up in a very dark and monster filled place known as Petsylvania. While most people would avoid this area at all costs, it actually felt like home for her. Being a vampire, she was able to attend a school that taught magic, and after a certain “inconvenience,” her father sent her a very special jewel that could drain the beauty and youth of other woman, which would then turn into a liquid essence that she would drink to attain her own beauty and youth. It is rumored that she has a connection to the warlord known as Wreckage, but none of the details are clear as of yet.

Bio: Malmsteen values her beauty and youth above everything else; believing that she is the most attractive woman in the world, and she becomes enraged when someone else is compared to herself. Well aware of who Kitty Katswell is and her popularity, she has formed a disdain for the T.U.F.F. agent; hoping one day to drain her essence as an act of cruelty. However, she has also taken an interest in Kitty’s partner, Dudley Puppy, as Malmsteen finds him attractive and a potential vampire servant. Unlike most people, she’s not afraid to annoy or make fun of Wreckage, as she actually knows him quite well. Despite his apparent hatred for her, he seems to tolerate her mockery for an unknown reason. Malmsteen is also very arrogant and boastful, and while she seems calm, charming, and even friendly most times, she has an extremely fiery temper when things don’t go her way. It’s possible that there is something more inside her than just anger, as an event called “The Blood Moon” is said to reveal her true self…
