A week ago, I introduced Tariq, an orphaned cub Jamal and Afua found abandoned in the desert.

Jamal and Afua become Tariq’s guardians , providing him with food and shelter. Both lions would do their bit in terms of hunting down food. Jamal would often bring home a kill before attending to his duties, this time in the form of an impala. However, on this occasion, Tariq is not fazed, as he stalks a cricket.

He’s starting early, it seems 🤣

I've had this completed for some time, but I realised I needed to wait for the right time to post it 🥲
