EDIT #3: fixed the mouth a bit XDDEDIT #2: Before you ask/critique,
1.I tried fixing the mouth a couple of times and gave up
2. A friend was rushing me so I couldn't get to fix the legs
3. I also didn't like the shading it the water, it looked a little weird
4. I DID see the lines sticking out, I also didn't get to fix it because of my friend rushing me
5. I did this like from 6 PM to 10/11 PM? I don't remember, it took like 4-5 hours, so...
EDIT: Should I make requests using this style?

I have two things to say that MIGHT be considered wrong or awkward about this...maybe more as I go on! XvX"
First thing RIGHT when I see it. The mouth! It's...kinda off, you know, the little side of the mouth is too close to the bigger side...err...I'm not good at explaining things!
Second, the legs are a bit TOO bent and the left hind leg is kinda floating...sorta.
I also noticed that the lines are a bit off, but that may be what you were going for, but anyway. Whilst I'm typing this I notice on the two left paws, there are edges of the lines sticking out. I doesn't look THAT great...
Otherwise, everything else is fine! I like the shading, even though on the water it's a bit awkward, the coloring is nice, and besides what I said just now, the lines are fine! ^U^

*-* This chibi style is so adorable. I absolutely LOVE the clean and thick lines you used! It looks really nice and cleaned up! 
The highlights are what really captures the eye though. In the hair, the eyes, and the face. So awesome.
The pose is really nice, she's a little bent over with her legs, so that's cute ā„ One little thing is that, her mouth needs to be fixed a little bit. If you flip the picture over, it looks really out of place.
