The Cat Who Walks Through Walls is a book by Robert A. Heinlein there's a kitten named Pixil in the book who is able to walk through walls because he doesn't realize it's impossible.

ARGH! The colors you chose for him/her/whatever are very oversaturated. RED! PINK! If him/her/whatever's name means "Rising Sun", I'd think that the colors would be very earthy, a mix between warm and cool colors, but mostly warm colors, like dark red with a dash of cinnamon. If you're going to use any bright colors on your characters in the future, remember this: Use more natural colors next to bright colors like these, and those bright colors will pop, even if they're not as bright as the colors in this picture.

I could tell that it was just a doodle, that's why I stressed the point of coloring, but NOT blending. I told you now before you got started on any drawing you might have considered important is all.
