Sometimes I ask myself, is Batman just the suit? Or is it the man inside? Time to find out.Reblog on tumblr (Please don't repost yourself!)I finally had some free time to myself, so I treated myself to painting a quick portrait of Terry! It... kind of got out of hand, it was only supposed to be a two-hour doodle but I got carried away with his face, like usual... XD But this is probably my new favorite Terry-face I've done so far, I'm always struggling to get him to look right, but I'm really happy with the way this came out! Okay, back to homework and commissions!!

I REALLY enjoy how you've played with the lighting around his face in this piece, and I have to say that I can DEFINITELY see the changes now that you have made, constantly working on drawing the perfect Terry face. (I think the swooping lines in his hair probably help to add to the overall structure? Something about his hair seems like it's falling very naturally into place and it definitely helps him keep that youthful aesthetic that Terry's visually known for.)
