Description Boring picture. I know ): I just wanted to do a pic with Hibari's hair all SWWWOOOSHH because it seems every time hibari appears in a panel a GUST OF WIND BLOWS HIS HAIR EVERYWHERE. Even indoors. He's magical. I also wanted to practice lining traditionally (: because I suck at it ):
