Description
This is a new series concept I've been working on over the past couple of days, derived from several character sketches I did of these guys in a sketchbook from my last College semester.

IN DAYS LONG PAST, yeeeears ago in Late Elementary-Early Middle School, my friend and I made a bunch of stories acted out with various plushies and action figures. The series focused around Bowser of the Mario series, and how he reforms into a good guy by entering a police academy and becoming an officer stationed alongside other such characters like his best bud DK, Mewtwo and other more obscure characters such as Army Dillo, Streex from Street Sharks, Kenny McCormick, and a beanie-baby or two. This sounds completely ridiculous, and yes it is...but we actually ended up making some pretty interesting stories out of it!

As you can easily tell after reading the description, yes these characters are all very much based on things that previously existed, however this series isn't a direct parody on video game characters and other various things of my childhood. Granted, there's intended to be LOTS of quirky references and throw-backs to those things at points, but the ideas I've been coming up with for "episodes" so far have been turning out pretty well, and I've been doing sketches of a lot of the villain characters too.

If I had to describe it more concretely, I'd say this is more of "Cartoon Network audience" type of deal as opposed to my usual "Newgrounds audience" work. I wanna see where this concept takes me for now, and see how I feel later on after the Rangers movie is done. If I feel up to it I may do character profile shots with a description of each guy. But just for reference, here's a list of their names:
