Description
In late 2004, I met a guy named John, who was a student at the University of Colorado at the time. We were discussing the anime Azumanga Daioh, which I had just discovered and almost immediately fell in love with. A topic came up: If the major characters of Azumanga Daioh had their own cars, what would they be? Before the night was over, we had the answer.

In the anime, Sakaki is known for loving all things adorable, even though she keeps it to herself. I thought an adorable car for her to have would be a Volkswagen New Beetle.

Since Kaorin is her biggest "admirer" (anyone who's seen the series will understand why I put that in quotes ^_^), it stands to reason that she'd have a similar vehicle. Just to be a little different, I made hers a convertible.
