They heard something behind them. It couldn't be. Had the banshee had already caught up?
The moonlight had kept the two runts safe for some time, but the poltergeist chasing them was determined. It wouldn't be long now until the younger of the two would have his soul snatched away...
Arcaedus was gasping for breath as he ran, stamina not being one of his strong points. He held Cassidy tightly, despite knowing that her bullets wouldn't be sufficient to take on a ghost. Elias was drifting further and further away...
... till the older hound made a sudden turn around, sweeping up the younger one in his arms, the other letting out a yelp in surprise.
"You need to run faster than that;" Elias said with a stomp as he jumped down the small grassy hill.

Oh ok. XD Lol... I think Sai gets even smaller lines because I tried to fix something in PS and I ended up using a 1px brush. O u O'' SO I was just a wee bit worried that it was too tiny. Good thing it worked out though. ;; 7 ;;
