Ed and Roy. Not exactly my favorite pairing, but it works. Especially since I hadn't intended on drawing them together to begin with, lol.
post/during movie stuff, which gave me the excuse to put Mustang in an eye patch X3
i have no excuse for this D:
aside from enjoying the many hours coloring it, lol.
drawn and inked by hand, colored with copic markers.

OH GOD. This is exactly my pairing in FMA, and you do it so well. Mustang's being vaguely creepy possessive, in the best Roy fashion, and Ed really does have the intensity of a lion on the savannah. They are totally it for each other, but they might go for each others' throats at any moment too. (It's the bean jokes Roy just can't stifle

I have to say that I don't support this pairing and I really hate end-of-anime version Roy, but this doesn't take away from this piece at all. Amazing details in the clothes-Ed's eyes and his automail, you really did a great job with this.

I'm actually more a fan of the manga than I will ever be of the anime, but I still couldn't help playing with Mustang and an eyepatch. it was comulsory, I swear XD

I love Ed's eyes and you kept him short! As he should be! Not a EdxRoy fan myself but it does strike me as a possiblity.

to be honest, it strikes me as merely a possibility too, lol. especially after i saw the movie where Roy was sitting in the wilderness pining XD wth, the slash writes itself.
and i LOVE how short he is. I can't stand when people try to make him taller, part of his appeal is the fact that he's so small and so burnt up about it XD
originally, the focus of this picture was supposed to be Ed's eyes. then Mustang weaseled his way in. go figure.

again, Ed's face should be more round, and perhaps it's just your style but there mouths are too wide. You almost get away with the larger nose....
I do like the coloring style you have with them, and it is a nice pose. Ed's mechanical fingers seem alittle too short for me, but perhaps not.

I have a tendency to draw Ed with a longer face. probably because I'd like to imagine him older, i dunno.
