Yup, in Silver, when you are wandering on Route 32 in the morning, there is only 5% of chances of encountering a Rattata orz
Nonetheless, I really like Fanny <3 I always perceived her as adorable which is why, unlike the others, I customize her design to fit my style. I have uploaded the sketches I have done when I was practicing to draw her. [link]
I had fun with that page despite I have changed a few things.

Pretty much ^^ I would have included Pidgeys and made it a quatuor, but they are mostly over-common in Kanto, not in Johto.

Well, I do have a few litterature and cinema studies behind me. Also, I always start with the dialogues and asks myself questions and try to keep a focus in mind. Plus, English is not my first language, so I think way more about them too! I still have problem to establish a proper dialect for everyone because of that

And all those phrases (example: "Move your legs not your mouths")... I always have hard time with them because I know so good ones on my native language which would fit perfectly in the situation but then I don't know how to translate it on English. Most of them have completely different expression on English and since I don't know which one is compatible or the closest to one I have in mind I can't use them. The same thing is with proverbs. I know few of them but not enough.

"Move your legs, not your mouth", huh? Sadly, I have to admit I actually heard this particuliar one in an OAV called .hack//Liminality I watched a couple of years ago.

But it's so true! Zubats are in every cave, same for Geodude who also invades some routes and as for Rattatas, they are almost everywhere as well
