I notice the furries in this most recent series you have posted all seem to have the same hollow, black, rectangular-shape pattern on there tails. Is there a greater significance for that, or is is just a convenient design for the fur?
You're right; there is something about a name with a long vowel at the end of it that inspires an attractive feeling. Not sure why. Perhaps as a species we instinctively enjoy certain sounds more than others, such as those that are easier to pronounce and sound out, like a double "o". Meh
Love the "hot rod" red color for his fur. Is that water color? Maybe it is the scanner, but that left arm looks just a tidge darker than the rest of his torso. Still, the consistency elsewhere is pretty good, especially for the ice-blue in his hair. How is it you make hair seem so much like styled hair?
He does give off that "bad dude" vibe. The crossed arms shows that he is on the defensive, or that he has something to hide. Perhaps he is ust used to having his guard up in case of a fight. The toothpick held between gritted teeth was a nice "tough guy" touch. His torso cocked to the side like that looks like he just dissed someone.
Anatomy is good, as usual, though the crossed arms and tail allow you to cover certain items so that you don't have to worry about drawing them--a technique I employ often, though, unlike you, I do it as a matter of necessity! Great work, Kiss
