It's odd you say that. This picture, I often felt, was a good example on how deep you feel you need to breath to get rid of that panic. You always feel you need more and more oxygen, like it'll make you feel better instantly.

I'm analysing this using newly accuired color theory basics, and to create a calm yet somewhat dramatic scene, you did right by using semi-desaturated analogous coloring.
It's really lovely, and I like the warm shading. And the clothing. You're still great with doing folds :3

I really don't want to sound like i'm coming off on the wrong foot here, but I hope you don't mind if I critique this a bit..?
Β First sight: The anatomy is practically flawless, the emotion truly grips the viewer into asking questions, (like "I want to know the background behind this! / whats happening here? / how can kiss-the-thunder be so amazing every time! 
Β Β Digging Deeper: the first thing I noticed was the hair. Now, don't get me wrong, I absolutely love how your paint and draw your hair! In this tho, because of the hue's on her face and the hues of her hair, It makes it tricks the human perspective to seem like the hair (mainly beside Celeste's face) is closer to 'us / the camera' then the actual character. It seems this was because theres next to no yellow hues near the highlights on the hair.
Β Β Staring at this for over 30min ;o; : The lighting on the legs and face (mainly muzzle and eye's) tell / show me that the source of light is below Celeste but also more in front of her... Kinda hard to explain without visuals.. But, when it comes to the lighting on her arms the light is directly below her. Her golden upper-arm piece, the one on the viewer's left, is also a little to bright next to her arm. The ribbons work both ways (light directly below /or/ light slightly in front) and the tail is perfectly fine the way it is.
Β Oh, and the green of her gem is a lil' to vibrant for the dim yellow hues, but its just a small detail, no need to worry about it, It's just 'natural(?)' for me to find the slightest mistakes
