A: For a quiet, nature-loving cat like Morning, Brena is like heaven. While Morning, for a long time, was loyal only to xer job, Bear becoming leader made xem switch gears. When Bear died, Morning had begun to foster a dedication and love for xer clan and its lore; when xe became leader, this was enforced by the necessity that being a leader brought on.

Q: What do you think of the Halcyon?

A: For the longest time, the Halcyon were just a distant blot in Morning's life. As long as xe did xer job (which xe loved), there was no issue. Besides, xe had lied to the Halcyon once; xer unplanned pregnancy went unnoticed, so xe made a damning mistake in ignoring Wolf'la. When rebellion started up, Morning only got into the issue because Bear roped xem in. Xe repeatedly exclaimed distaste for the whole movement, but couldn't help but wonder what it would be like to be truly free ...

Then Bear was murdered.

Now Morning lives every day in tentative fear. Xe're scared, yes, but scared not for xemselves. Wisdom has shown that violence, before the problem is taken care of, will lead to only more violence, and that there will inevitably be more blood spilt. Morning's not afraid of xer death, but xe're afraid of xer people's deaths.

A: Morning is loyal to xer family above all else- Brena is a very close second. Faintly, xe're also loyal to the Halcyon. But, recently, that's been fading, hasn't it?
