Oh, do you think RoseArt color pencils can get the same effect as your pencils do?

hmm... i never used RoseArt color pencils before so i cant tell if you can get the same effects with them. dont even know if they are available in my country, or if my pencils are available in yours. but if they are, they will probably cost around 40€ (55$) :/
