I don't like change either, I've come to realise XD
I'd rather keep with a broken down, old thing than replace it with one I dunno how to work properly. I'm comfortable with the dying computer, dammit, and I will MAKE it work!
I swear all the patience I've ever worked up was from my drawing laptop.

Don't worry. Even if your drawings will suffer a little, your content will always be top notch. Yours is the nuzlocke I remembered from the time I got into nuzlockes in the first place. And it it even stayed with me after having my old computers bookmarked nuzloces being erased. Now, with my first actual attempt at doing the challenge coming to a close I look forward to you inspiring me to victory.

Hey there, kitfox-crimson. Β I've read your Nuzlocke comics from the start to current a couple times. Β Amazing work with those, by the way. Β I wish you the best of luck in getting over this technological hurdle. Β I seriously want to see if Apollo will dance Jump Kicking circles around Grimsley's dark-types.

My graphics card died too not that long ago (2-3 months ago) but luckily my bro is a computer genius and he fixed it for me. Now it's like new and works fine.
But yeah, I know the feeling.
Oh man, we're so alike. I don't like change or technology neither. I've had same cell phone for over five years and while it's badly outdated, I'm not gonna change it anytime soon. These smartphones nowadays...they're just fucking toys.

i usually run my electronics into the ground before switching however sometimes it can get frustrating for a gamer when all they get for hard drive space is 60 GB of memory. Only reason i myself have a IPhone 4 is cuz my first gen Razer died

I might look into getting my computer fixed, but the only computer genius I know tells me it is time to move on D:

"Engrish" is my second language but if I recall correctly is upset the term you are looking for, not sangry (yeah i'm a total smartassΒ : D); I could never work with opencanvas it was so eehh.... I ended with krita and mypaint (my overall fav painting program, but the linux version), gimp is just ugghh and photoshop is too expensive, also i like that song

I finally got around to looking through all the stuff that piled up during my absence from DA and I've finally reach the bottom of the pile, so to speak. Unwanted change is generally annoying and I've experienced it through having to switch from internet explorer to google chrome. I would have stuck with IE for the add-ons that weren't compatible with chrome but the version on my computer doesn't even try to load the home page anymore and I can't find the right firefox version to work with said add-on so I've settled on a simmilar but inferior add-on for chrome.

Tapes casset walkmen?
Hey, I remember those days. When the tape would gradually lose the quality as you played the song or when it desided to eat your tape. Now you have to worry about if yout cd gets scrached and won't play anymore....
Just goes to show, more things change the more the stay the same and progress is a relative thing.

kitfox-crimson In reply to last-place [2013-09-18 01:22:39 +0000 UTC]
and MP3's never lose quality, never skip, and are infinitely portable. I have to admit that technology advance is great Cx
