This picture was drawn by me for a Valentine's day contest for ^^ the poem is AMAZING! and only written in 3 minutes by my amazing friend she wrote it just for me to put on the picture

I've run from all
all the love around me.
I've been scared of
of the nurturing touch of a woman's hand.
all who I've let
let into my life
have left me
left me with the pain of their absence.
But I'm beginning to learn
learn to love again.
And you're the first
the first to open your heart to me.
just the other day I found
I found this rose in the field of daisies.
A beautiful flower standing out
standing out in a swarm of every other.
Just as you stand out
standout a beautiful rose.
As the day grows near
there's only one thing left to say...
Will you be mine?
Will you be my Valentine?
