And we're done! Week 5 only had three poses (for some reason, there was no pose for June 30th... maybe AdorkaStock just wanted to end on an even number?). Okay, so let's talk about the finale!

Day 20 was possible the hardest pose of the month. I'm not thrilled with how it came out. I tried to keep the extreme angle/exaggerated perspective of the source pose, but foreshortening is not my forte. Fortunately, it was not the last pose of the month.

Day 21 was a lot more fun. It ended up turning into more city guards, this time after some sort of conflict or battle. I figured the only ways a centaur would need to be supported that way would be if they were on the verge of passing out or if both of the front legs were injured. I went for the latter. Poor guy took a bolt through his upper front legs (which are apparently called "forearms" on a horse, but that would get kinda confusing on a centaur, who has actual arms ). Anyways, I had a lot of fun drawing so many city guards this month. ^_^

And finally, Day 22! Which... turned into two centaurs being swept away in a river or some body of water. Maybe they were involved in an accident at sea or something. Long story short: having them be in water seemed like the best way to adapt the poses. In any case, once I decided on that, the actual poses weren't too bad. It was a pretty good way to end the challenge!

So, that's it: Twenty-two days of centaurs. Hope you all had as much fun as I did!
