Finally I submitted something...
I tried to make kaoru and the background more of a water-color-ish style
And kenshin a bit more cg....

XD, I'm starting on CGing stuff, so I pretty much look at all the compy-made stuff and comment from time to time. I really like the detail in the eyes. I only CGed huge eyes, too, so so much detail in it looks awesome to me.
