Yes but its sad to think that Kenshin is Old-School compared to other Cartoon/Anime's, didn't think about it, but Kenshin is really old but that doesnt matter, as long as we Love Kenshin.

Yes they should make one for them, cause Kenji looks alot like his father, that would be amazing, i hope they keep the humor, from the TV show intact. You never know they just might make one, lets hope they do.

Know I don't, but I do know people who do... I could point you to them if you like. For one, there is Hikyuutera who does and also loves and draws Kenshin. She is hard to get a hold of sometimes though
