Step 1 - Baby Steps
Mika's box was mistaken for precious cargo and was stolen by pirates. One day he crawled outside, surprising everyone - who let the kid on the ship? Pirate ship! What a mess. In the end captain decided to keep the Bow on his ship and rise him as a pirate.
Since there were no toys for kids, Mika was playing with everything he could lie his hands and ribbons on. Including captain's rum.

Step 2 - Problem Solver
A bit older Mika was usually cleaning decks and running errands. When something was too high for him to get or place, he was using his ribbons to help himself.

Step 3 - Ribbon Magic!
Arcane magic and ribbons really came in handy (pfff) to gather herbs, while holding the bag and work on medicine.
