Description
I know I’ve painted Cathy and Heathcliff before, but this image popped in my head and I thought of the two of them almost literally reflecting one another.

If you’ve read the book, you can probably guess that this is taken place after they both marry into the Linton family and lead different lives, Heathcliff in Wuthering Heights and Cathy in Thrushcross Grange. I wanted them to look angrier, since they are basically ruining each other as well as the Lintons, but they look more like they’re missing each other, so I’m fairly happy with the results nonetheless.
