As in, lack of signs. Because I took them out during the coloring, due to laziness.

Yeah, this took way too long. I basically spent all my free time during exam week, inking/coloring this. I inked and colored with Paint Tool SAI, which I had only used once previously...and I didn't read any tutorials or anything about it because I hate those (since most are made by people who don't know what they're doing well enough to make anything informative). I should've read some anyway, though, just to give myself an idea of how the tools worked; instead, I just kind of made things up as I went along and abused different blending tools just to see what they did. Thus, messy shading, especially on Hunter (the blond), who I colored first. Since I'd had a tiny bit of experience when I colored Autumn (purplehead), she came out somewhat better, but still.
I switched into Photoshop later on, mostly to work on finishing touches/edits/the background/textures/etc. Photoshop isn't as good for drawing and coloring as SAI is, in my opinion...But it's a hell of a lot more multifunctional and less anger-inducing. I think I'll be using both programs together from now on

Er, yeah. Hunter and Autumn...somewhere in the city in which this pseudoscience retardism I created takes place...One of these days I'll draw a cityscape that's actually good and detailed and three-dimensional, JUST YOU WAIT.

I used pencil on computer paper, Easy Paint Tool SAI, Adobe Photoshop CS, and a Wacom Bamboo Tablet that has been randomly shutting off mid-use. D:< Texture by ~amptone-stock .

I turned on the critique feature just because lol. I have a subscription, might as well use it.
