FUUAHhh! It's finally done! I have been working on this ever since last night. I am super happy on how it turned out.The character in this is named Oliver, an english vocaloid. And recently I've been falling in love with his voice, and HIM.
He is just too kawaii I had to draw him, so here he is!

Lol thank you. People say if Ciel and Alois had a child, it would most likely be just like Oliver. Mostly because Oliver has his eye covered and he's blonde. Hahahaha.

Tracing is taking the image and coloring over it then claiming that the base is yours. No where did it say that she claimed the original was hers, nor did she recolor this.

thats tracing. why didnt you just do something original? you could have drawn oliver chilling with the spider or maybe eating it in a unique or diferent pose. copying just isnt right.

For the second time, I did not trace it. Even if you compare the two photos, they slightly look different. I had the original next to me while I drew it, I did not trace it. Second, I can draw whatever the hell I want. I am still practicing with humans and I am not the best, and copying is the best way to get better.

yes, i think using REFERENCE is the best way to get better. Not copying the exact picture. You even used the exact same colors??? AND BACKGROUND??? Um... Sorry but you could have even spiced it up. How would the artist of this drawing feel knowing you copied THEIR art and called it your own. That's rude, and super duper mean!! I don't want to fight i just want you to know copying and tracing isnt the way.

I apologize, but reference doesn't help ME. Copying is the best way to learn, and it also gives you muscle memory in your hands. Even if you look around at some of my other drawings, there are some I have made up, and some I have copied. It maybe doesn't help you, but it helps me.
And I could have 'spiced it up'? Really? No. I can draw it the same way if I want to, and it took me hours to draw this whole stupid thing.
And it's super duper mean of me to teach myself how to draw humans by copying a picture? Wow. Sorry that I want to get better at art.
