The first thing that I see is the golden line that is created by the blue elements in the picture. The ball, the makeup around the eye and the necklace these also reflect to other, less concrete elements like the turquise highlights in the hair.
The cascading hair, as well as the corsette makes for a classy feel and the undefined pink shapes help this in a sort of bizarre way.
i would like to point out that the corsette it s piece of art in its own right and I gotta tell you that it makes you look extremely beautifull
