Just experimenting with some 'what if moments'...there were a lot of alternate universes concerning Batman and his crew, so I just show off what could have been like.OWLGIRL
Batman's evil counterpart is Owlman, so there probably is an owlgirl...though I'm not sure if she appeared in any media at all.

Basically, what if in 'The Batman', Barbara got doused in plant chemicals instead of Pamela? Instead Babs would become the plant controllling superhuman...whether she'd play hero of villain, it would be interesting either way.

I've heard about an elseworld's story with batman and his rogue gallery being all wizards and wtiches. So Babs get to be one.
VAMPIRE BABS
Once again, elseworlds Batman story...Babs as a vampire, just like Batman was in that story.
RED HOOD
What if Joker didn't paralyze Babs, but instead killed her, and what if Ra's Al Ghul resurrected her? Well, she became Red Hood instead of Jason Todd
