I just uploaded Joker, the Batman's archnemesis, now it's for the Arrow's arch enemies, the Merlyn family. Mostly based around the CW Arrow TV Show, with some major tweaks.

The Merlyn family have been in service of the league of assassins for a long time, passing the mantle of Dark Archer from generation to generation. At one point, the elder Malcolm Merlyn thought about breaking the tradition and becoming a normal hard working and earnest businessman and loving father raising his family normally, but that changed when a criminal shot his wife, and brought him to the brink of despair, taking on the mantle of the Dark Archer anyhow.

His son, Tommy, raised mostly unaware of his heritage, was a playboy much like Oliver queen was before his trip to the island. So Malcolm had to confront his son about his behavior, told thier entire history and forcefully trained Tommy to be the next Dark Archer. He resorted to some dirty tricks, even faking illness so his son would take responsibility for once in his life. And it worked. Tommy grew up to be a capable Dark Archer, on par with Oliver Queen in terms of skill. Though Tommy is reluctant and just wants to raise a family and lead a normal life like his dad once wanted, but has been hammered in by his dad that as long as the crime-filled Glades exist, anything may come up and take his life away like it did to Malcolm.

poor Tommy, who does not want to go down his path, still does so in the beliefs that he HAS to...

Tommy's middle name is Arthur, referencing to the original Merlyn's name in the comics, Arthur King. Malcolm's middle name in my B&Averse is Vordigan, a name given to a character from Smallville similar to Merlyn (probably licensing issues again).
