I've never written a critique, but I have seen what someone has written to you, giving you 5 stars on everything and without criticizing it. I think that's terribly wrong. That's not a critique. So I wanted to help you, because you surely want to get better, that's why you asked for a critique.
Vision: I'm not really a fan of this "cromatic aberration", but I understand that this is a style of drawing, so I'm not rating that. Nice focus on Yang's face.
Originality: There's nothing really original about this piece of art, but that is absolutely not a bad thing.
Technique: And here there is something important I wanted to talk about. There is something wrong with her face. I guess that the perspective is a bit off.
Also the shading is an important part. When you're drawing shadows on a face, the shadow lines aren't really straight, they follow the curves of the face. (see this example i.imgur.com/CvBNi9w.jpg ). If you draw lines straight like you did your drawing will look flat. Add some degrees of shadowing and boom. You made your drawing a lot better.
