One day, Eevee was scampering around a cotton candy factory, when it magically appeared on a railing above of experimental cotton candy.
Eevee was curious so it hopped in.
When it emerged after eating some of the candy, it was forever changed.... into deliciousness
Perhaps it's poke-power should be in the tcg should be that your opponent has to go get you a cotton candy or they will lose the match? :U

put an Eevee in a contain candy machine and watch it spin. the sugar particles then fuse with the cells of the little thing creating a mutation.
this pokemon is a poison type cause it makes your belly ache when you eat it.
something so tasty had to be poisonous.
