Twilightstar is a rather reserved cat compared to most of his clanmates. However he doesn't like to be alone, instead enjoys silently sitting with others and listen to them be loud and excitable. He's sharp-witted and can hold his own even with his missing limb. Although he is quiet he can get weirdly excited about strange things - usually things that very suddenly catch his interest.
|| HISTORY ||
BEFORE BIRTH
Roseblossom and Brightmaple were apprenticeship sweethearts, joined at the hip into their warrior life. They tried for kits only a few moons into warrior-ship, but were left disheartened when their litter of five had been stillborn. For awhile the young warriors mourned, and altogether gave up on trying for another litter, too scared to have a repeat. The enjoyed one another's company for seasons - from young warriors to senior warriors. Having trained several apprentices each and watching kits grow up they felt accomplished in life even without having their own kits. So it came as a surprise when the medicine cat revealed to them that Roseblossom was pregnant after checking up on stomach pains. They worried for the safety of their future kits and took the pregnancy seriously, Roseblossom rarely left the nursery and Brightmaple would bring her prey and drag the medicine cat in to check on her every quarter moon. Twilightkit was born as a single-litter, healthy and strong, and fiercely loved by his elderly parents.
KIT-HOOD
Twilightkit had a tight-knit relationship to his parents, preferring to be with them over the other much louder and boisterous kits. They were gentler and had more patience than the younger queens and mates, always happy to wait for Twilightkit to get his words out. His parents adored him, and viewed him as their little gift from Solsticestar.
APPRENTICESHIP
Becoming an apprentice had been harder on Twilightpaw than it had been for Roseblossom and Brightmaple. The pair had moved into the elders den the same day he moved into the apprentices den. He felt out of place alongside the older apprentices who were much stronger and well-trained. However his mentor - Acornwhisker - was a safe reprieve. He was a much calmer and quieter cat compared to their clanmates, and dedicated as much time in his days to train Twilightpaw thoroughly. As time passed and Twilightpaw's talents started to shine through he became more confident and stood shoulder-to-shoulder with his fellow apprentices. Although he was still a more silent tom he played along with his clanmates and developed close bonds.
WARRIOR LIFE
Twilightgaze's warriorship was well celebrated. A strong hunter and fighter the feast that had been thrown had left the clan cats tired for days afterwards. The real pride had come from Roseblossom and Brightmaple, who were overjoyed to be able to see their only kit grow into such a strong and capable warrior. They showered him with love and praise, and shared stories of their lives together, and how they would change nothing. A few days later Twilightgaze held his first funeral, and sat vigil alone by the graves of his parents, the only family left to see them to StarClan.
DEPUTY
When Twilightsgaze had been approached to take over the duties of a deputy he had been caught off guard. The former deputy - Hornetstrike - had died fighting off a pair of bachelor foxes trying to save his apprentice Sweetpaw. The tragedy had been hard on the clan losing a deputy and young apprentice, and Twilightgaze had been left reeling when they agreed that he would be the best option. Hornetstrike had been his peer as an apprentice, well-liked and fiercely loyal to their clan. It took Twilightgaze a quarter moon before excepting the role of SolsticeClan's deputy. He served as deputy for eight seasons before an extremely harsh leaf bare blizzard took the remaining lives of their leader.
LEADER
Twilightstar had been nervous at first after receiving his lives and being recognized by the clans as their new leader; however, with his fellow leader in the same compromising position he relaxed. It wasn't something he cared to discuss to his clanmates, but his relationship with the she-cat had already turned to a good friendship as two young deputies new to the role. Mistystar is the only cat the really know's who he is behind his reserved attitude, and prefers to keep it that way.

Twilightstar has recently given himself an Apprentice - Storkpaw. He's kept his eye on the young tom since he had been orphaned, and sees great potential in the apprentices abilities and future.
