Exalted art again! Doesn't that drive you wild.Anyway, Varjokuiske aka Varjokissa here is a Chosen of Endings with a rebel streak and a perky annoying gothy attitude to go with it. Rowr.
Painter 9 + a little bit of Photoshop CS2 tonal control and glow filter.

You defintely pinned the malacious look. I love her eyelashes for some reason not to mention to two different lighting colors makes for a nice contrast that really brings the eyes into the picture and kinds traps em there.
