Description
Here is another one of the aliens mentioned in the Ken 10 episode. His name is Atomix.POWERS/ABILITIES:
- Body emits high levels of radiation
- Fire powerful blasts of radiation ranging from micromave to gamma
- Any form of radiation is useless against Atomix
WEAKNESSES:
- Atomix is extremely dangerous and is only used in dire causes. Anyone near him is in danger of radiation poisoning

This is a lot better than the Atomix we got saddled with. I'm actually re-designing Atomix for a fanfic of mine and this gave me a great idea. Don't worry, they don't look alike. Just the glowing skeleton design.

I feel like this is the precursor to Ben 10,000's Biomnitrix. He gives Ben's aliens little "accessories" from other aliens, and the Biomnitrix makes alien fusions

Omniverse is good in making bulky, big aliens. But that's practically all they do well. They could have done Atomix a thin, skeletal radioactive badass like this design right here, but they just made him a giant bulky alien. Sigh, well, at least he references anime everytime he appears...

Indeed. I am not a fan of bulky design, but I can appreciate them when they are done right (Superman, Rath, Hulk...). I still however question why they decide to make bulky aliens with Big Chill (who was THE OPPOSITE of bulky in AUF), or Kickin Hawk (who is supposed to fight with KICKS). And in Atomix's case, I just feel it makes him look generic.

Exactly. GENERIC. That was the word I was looking for. Derrik J Wyatt's design can be cool at times, but he loses it adding useless details, enormous chins and oversized muscles. It is alright for some aliens (Humungosaur, Four Arms) because bulkiness is what they are all about, but for aliens like Atomix, Big Chill, etc., is just weird.
Besides, have you seen Atomix face? He's all chin and almost no face! A giantic white chin and just two tiny eyes. Man, KjMarch should be in charge of alien designs an not Derrick...

Exactly. The big chin part especially seems to be his signature. I find Grey Matter's case particularly silly, because in the Original Series, Galvans had no chin.
And yes, I noticed for the head. Overall, Atomix looks Waaaaay too robot-like. I wish there were more monstrous organic aliens, like the Original Series was so delightfully good at doing.

Tell me about that. I do admit though, I was relieved he didn't make Whampire bulky. The design still is kinda bland, but at least he made him skinny.
