And yeah, his hatred is most intense for the genetically augmented (being twisted versions of normal society), but he still possesses a great disdain for the general populace. However, he can stand fellow villains because they can assist him in carrying out his plans

The normal people being the usual target for extremists, such as polygamists, muslims, jews, LBGT people and such? Does he have any stance on that?
I have another line I could work into the story with that guy. XD

And he's really not to discerning with his despising of humanity, he sees people constantly committing sin: adultery, gluttony, sloth, what have you. All the things that have been "okayed" by today's society, the Father regards as slights against God's good name. Basically, everyone is a sinner. He is able to extrapolate the worse parts of person, and turn that into a reason to dislike them. The voice in his head tends to paint a picture of a person in a much worse way, highlighting all the negative aspects and refusing to acknowledge the good. He even sees himself as a major sinner, which further leads to his psychosis and masochistic tendencies!

Not too mention V's friendship with Gargoyles-inspired friends... That could easily be brought up. ^^

And thanks man, i figured the concept of a priest gone so wrong is a pretty unsettling image. And it sounds like the Ritualist and the Kind-Eyed Father would make perfect adversaries! Here's to some epic confrontations!

Alas my friend, The Kind-Eyed Father already has Manzelle and Cleaver Boy as his main rivals, but Impfrit could always do battle with him when their paths crossed! Their divergent viewpoints would make for an excellent fight
