I just got this guys toy.
For some unknown reason (since I haven't seen any of the new show or any of Season 4 and beyond of Ben 10), I picture this character to have a scottish accent.
Why is that?

another commericel came on, it said that JetRay can swim and fly, and can shoot a Fire Burst Brainshock from its stinger that can rip a hole throw a car motor, cool

As a member of ben10toys.net, I can explain.
Ben is supposedly stopping a new evil in Alien Force, the DNAliens, who've captured Max. He teams up with Kevin, and Gwen, and also helps to mentor others with the same powers as the Omnialiens. The pics are from the Hong Kong Toy show, and are actually just prototypes....but I doubt if much will change in the aliens designs....
Anyways. Ben seems to have had the Omnitrix off, and when he gets it back on, he finds 10 new alien superheroes, 8 of which we know of.
However....no one is quite sure WHY the Omnitrix was off, or if he can transform into any of his current 19 aliens......

With the Name Jetray makes it sound like a fast mantaray, looks like he also has gills on his sides also.
