Oh, it's not, it's a redesign of Water Hazard that looks more like Cannonbolt. They also changed Wildvine and Stinkfly to make them more humanoid (no extra limbs aside from the wings, no venus fly traps or four eye goop shooters). And replaced Ripjaws and Ghostfreak from Ben's original roster with the new Wildvine and Cannonbolt

Actually, Reboot Overflow looks like he is a being entirely made of water contained in an robotic-like suit, so I think this design might have inspired the CN version.

His size fluctuates depending how much water he has taken on, but normally he's around the size of your standard schoolbus. So pretty big.

i make stuff out of clay and am trying to make evry ben 10 alien narly done 40 now and i am making overflow now well done this is the BEST drawing i love all your others as well
