Somehow you managed to make a creature with perfectly blank eyes and an immovable mouth have an expression of anguish; well done! The curling/clutching of his hands really does a good job of adding a slight touch of "Why me?" to the picture, and the slight rough quality/blurriness adds to the feeling of surrealism as suddenly being caught in another realm.
