Hello! I am from ProjectComment  and I will do my best in reviewing this (cute) piece!

The anatomy here could use some improvements, but is pretty good anyway! I like the posing, gives her the childish look that befits Mavis!
Now, I see that the left hand is longer and bigger than the right. The left leg is a bit...weird looking. Also the right foot seems less detailed than the left, so it creates a disparity between them. I could've passed it for perspective, but I don't understand where is said perspective. The lines are a bit messy and jagged here and there. I suggest you refrain from using thick lines, unless it is your style (I use dynamic lines myself, it should conform to what you are comfortable with ) A quick zooming reveals some minor errors in colouring, as I can see specks of blue. I'll excuse the size of the mouth, but I'd like it more detailed ^^. I like how you drew the cloud, it sort of matches with the style. 
The background is not the most boring, but maybe cluttered. I am more biased towards simpler backdrops.
I recommend you work a bit on shading, you're getting there, but a little more improvement will make all the difference! For exampele, you could have shaded the cloud.
On a better note, I looove how you did her hair! 

All in all, this is a super cute piece of one of my favorite characters! I hope that you will continue with your wonderful artwork, Good luck!

First off, I'm not familiar with the character, so feel free to correct me

I really like those colors! Those nice whites make her seem like an angel Her pose is very neat as well! The background is a bit too messy and a bit on the *ahem* boring side... However, that's not really a big issue since the main focus in on the character anyway.
Her hair is really nice. I love how it squiggles around There is a strange point on the top of her head though...It's probably supposed to be like that but it looks a bit strange...
Her outfit is very sweet and her position is adorable. That finger that's pointing up is waaaaaaay too long though and her left foot is a bit...off...
Her eyes are really nice but her mouth is a bit too big, in my opinion. I suppose that's 'cause of the anime style though. 
The cloud is cute, but a bit too plain. I think it needs to be a bit fluffier. It's not really much to worry about though. 
Anyways, very cute picture here! Congratulations on such a fine piece! Keep up the good work!!!

I love how you created this piece its adorable to say the least. Her hair is spot on gorgeous. The shading is really good. The background to the image actually brings out most of Mavis there. Her eyes are beautiful. Love how the lines show what is supposed to be. Especially on the clothing. The folds and curves of the dress makes the dress seem like it might be soft to the touch. It's closely pleasing to the eye.
I have to be honest here. That cloud doesn't look like a cloud. It looks more like a marshmallow/ ice cream bean bag chair. Besides that this art work is amazing!!
