Wow. I really like all the guns you have on here. You must have a lot of free time (and legos) LOL. I wish i could make something like this!

Thank you!

When I made them, I did have a lot of free time after work, as well as two day weekends, so I could spend my first day off staying up as late as I felt like.

Now its a little different, since I have another job, and two cats (one of which I quickly learned likes to chew on the Lego pieces), so I don't have as much time or the needed space to make more new guns, or work to revamp the old ones.

Despite, the desire to work on them is still there, so once I get moved into a bigger place in a few months, and perhaps a new job that allots me 2 weekend days together as I've had in the past, I'll be doing more in my more abundant free time.

I want some sky blue bricks, but can't go to Hilsdale mall, it's to far for me to buy bricks.

Eh, I had better luck with a local Toys R Us (Ebay might be a good place to look, too. People do sell bulk bricks (sometimes for a good price)). Lego stores are over priced with the bricks they let you buy. They don't do buy by the pound or anything like that, and the little cups they let you have to fill up with are way over priced for what you're able to get.

It is, actually, but its a compact variation of the M16 (or AR-15), Its also known as the CAR-15 (compact assault rifle), or also the exact model I was trying to duplicate was the military designation XM-177E1:

Incredible. This is my favorite assault carbine, done in a totally new media - I love it!

One of my favorites, too!

It just has a nice look to it, the real thing I mean. I just tried to make it look as close as possible.

Thanks!

Yeah, it took awhile to scrounge together the parts to get enough pieces to put together the m4.

I think I had something like 4 large blue buckets, and 19 small red buckets. One of the reason I got so many of the red ones is that it comes with about half of the black and blue pieces that are in the blue one, and also comes with a fair amount of brown pieces.

Though the blue buckets did come with more pieces on the whole, and also had some types of blocks that the red ones did not.
